It looks like there might be some kind of issue with the EEF nightly site.. I just tried the milestone and it worked just fine and as they both have the 0316 build no issues but you might want to trigger a new build and promote for nightly and see if that fixes any issues. OTOH, I may just have something hosed on my end.
