[emft-dev] Commit rights for Antoine Toulme have been expired

modeling.emft.compare Committers,
Ed Merks has expired the commit rights for Antoine Toulme (atoulme).  The
reason for this change is:

Antoine requested to give up his committer rights on the mailing list
because although he contributed the original code, he has not been active
as a committer.

To honor Antoine Toulme's contributions to the project, Ed Merks has
nominated Antoine Toulme for Committer Emeritus status.
