[emfstore-dev] Apache XML-RPC included within org.eclipse.emf.emfstore.s

Hello devs,

org.eclipse.emf.emfstore.server includes xml-rpc as an included
library [1][2][3]. Is this intentional?

The version included is 3.1.3, the latest version, but on Orbit only
3.0 is available.

Is the version of these JARs the original upstream versions? Can they
be pushed into orbit?
