[emfindex-dev] EMF Index moved to its own repository

Hi,
I have moved the EMF Index code to its own CVS repository. The old
location now only contains dummies.
The easiest way to get the new version is to delete the old source
projects
org.eclipse.emf.index
org.eclipse.emf.index.tests
org.eclipse.emf.index.ui
org.eclipse.emf.index.feature
and use the team project set (index or xtext) to check out again.
