Hi Kenn,

Perfect, it looks like 4.0 SDK has exactly this problem because the 4.0
SDK comes with "org.eclipse.emf.ecore.feature.jar 2.6.0.v20100517-1331"
and so P2 doesn't allow to upgrade.

I think we need to respin an Eclipse 4.0 SDK build and pick up the RC2
version. I've added you to the "4.0 Declare bug" so if my analysis is
wrong simply comment there.
