[emf-dev] EMF Validation 1.3.1 issue

Hi Boris,

When we did a release of the changes for Validation 1.3.1, we released all the features and plug-ins in the map file. We should only release the features and plug-ins that changed in the maintenance branch.

We only delivered Bug 284348 so far to validation SR1 right?
