FYI

Please run N builds until this is fixed, or unset "sign" property in
your buildAll.xml to disable all signing until build.eclipse.org is
fixed. Relevant bug numbers below.

Oh, good. So signing is broken *everywhere*, not just for Athena
builds. *Lovely*.
