I thought (and still think) these were about removing/replacing the 
non-generic target milestones. But now *all* (including the already 
generic ones) are gone. This is not what I expected. Will they be

I mimic'ed the queries from other components (Transaction, IIRC) where 
the target milestone is used to control the category (committed, 
proposed, deferred) of the plan items. I think this makes perfect sense 
but it does not work now anymore. How should I do it now?
