Re: [emf-dev] Status of the EMF Query Component

Re: SDO, I'd propose removing it from the "all in one" EMF-SDO-XSD
zip, so it's shown as a secondary download from the main one, and so
it's more obviously on life support. But since the build handles
creating SDO with no effort beyond the EMF build (and only adds a few
minutes to the overall process), continuing it as-is is trivial --
whether new commits ever show up or not.

Of course, given how detailed our release notes are, and how the Dash
dashboards show activity by CVS repo, it won't take long for people
(read: Bjorn "Knuckles" Freeman-Benson) to realize that SDO (or Query)
isn't doing anything new in 2.5 (or 1.3) for Galileo, and needs a
continuation/termination review.

We could also merge Query into the EMF build so it, along with SDO,
gets built every time EMF gets built, with no additional overhead.

Only thing I think we'd need to do is make sure that the
EMF-SDO-XSD-Query "multibuild" is actually building from maps (as
everyone else already does) instead of its current "pretend every
build is brand new and number .qualifiers accordingly" approach.
