EMF 2.4.0RC1a has been promoted to eclipse.org.

UML2 2.2.0RC1 is built, and is ready to promote.

I've copied both build folders to emft.eclipse.org so they're available
for testing and inclusion in other builds (eg., GMF), but the UML2 build
should not be considered a final RC1until James actually flips the 
switch and promotes it -- hopefully later tonight.
