I prefer the 1:1 mapping between CVS directory structure (also
download.eclipse.org directory structure and www.eclipse.org website
dir structure) and project structure, rather than the "component
bundle" concept, because it more closely aligns with the way people
get the bits, exceptions for the sake of usability notwithstanding
(EMF/SDO combined zips & EMF QTV bundle feature in Europa).
