Please use the EMF newsgroup for questions like this.  

The Ecore editor is able to open .emof files containing standard EMOF serialization and will convert it to Ecore on the fly.  Similarly, if you use Save as in the Ecore editor to save to a .emof file, it will be serialized as standard EMOF instead of as Ecore.  This "transformation" is done by the resource created from org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.impl.EMOFResourceFactoryImpl.

is there any atl transfromation of emf to mof, or a mapping table or EMF profile for mof to help generating such transformation,
doese some one now what is the correspondence  of MOF import class in EMF
