Hi friends,
I was granted bugzilla rights recently. I will use those to assign bugs to myself when working on them, instead of mentioning to provide patches directly in the issue text. Example, where I just did that: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=538043
Additionally I would like to close issues as duplicate or already fixed in old versions when I stumble over them (instead of making one of the committers do that). Any objections? Any advice or bug workflow I should read about, to avoid doing it wrong?
I appreciate your offer to help.
When closing a bug set the target milestone to the version the fix will be available in. For bugs
which were fixed in an older version set it to the oldest version having the fix.

Besides that, my contribution workflow will not change, since I'm not a committer. So I will still rely on the huge amount of good advice and time spent by Thomas. :)
Ciao, Michael
