[egit-dev] [Proposal] Relicense EGit to EPL-2.0 with EGit 5.1

The Eclipse Foundation requested [1] that all Eclipse projects licensed under EPL-1.0I [2] should relicense to EPL-2.0 [3]. Find the EPL-2.0 FAQ here [4]. Implementing this means that we need to change the LICENSE file and all license headers [5].

I propose that we implement this license change with the next minor EGit release 5.1.

I think it's a bit too late to squeeze this into the upcoming 5.0 release.

Please provide feedback until June 4.
