Hi,

Via Bug 441116 we added static helper methods to allow the creation of
functional style selection listeners.

Markus Keller noted that this causes issues for EGit. See
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=441116#c40.

As usual these days the Eclipse infrastructure is (almost) down, so
I'm waiting for a download of the latest and greatest Eclipse to see
if I can help with this issue.
