[egit-dev] Automated Eclipse setup for JGit/EGit developers

I updated the contributor guide and added a section explaining how to use

the Eclipse Installer (aka Oomph) and the EGit project setup to automatically

install and configure an Eclipse IDE for hacking on JGit/EGit.

This should enable contributors to get started within a few minutes.

Please give it a try and provide feedback. This will help to improve this setup.

The EGit setup source is located in the EGit git repository in the folder

./tools/oomph/EGit.setup 

Kudos to Ed and Eike who implemented Oomph and helped to prepare the

EGit project setup.
