[egit-dev] GitHub pull requests need closing

There are a number of open egit-github pull requests on GitHub from
folks who apparently overlooked the CONTRIBUTING docs:
https://github.com/eclipse/egit-github/pulls
It would be nice if someone could close these (with a brief message
pointing to the EGit "Contributing Patches" docs) so as to keep things
tidy.

Perhaps adding a very brief README file mentioning the non-usage of
pull requests would also be advisable?
