[egit-dev] Saving HTTP credentials not working in 3.3.1

Hi all,

I found saving HTTP credentials not to be working in EGit 3.3.1 (3.3.0 was fine), although EGit works perfectly fine with a secure_storage created with 3.3.0 or even 3.2.0. But if you "Clear Credentials" the account is just never being added to the secure storage. 

I could reproduce this with Eclipse Juno SR2 and Kepler SR2 on both Win7 64-bit and OS X 10.9. It doesn't seem to be related to the master password provider. I tried disabling the OS providers (OS X keystore integration and Windows integration) and worked with the UI prompt, still same behaviour.

Can anybody confirm this? Is there already a bug report for that? I only found https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=339220 but this is one of the few fixes in 3.3.1. Should that one be opened again?
