seems the CI builds have a problem again?

ERROR: Problem fetching from origin / origin - could be unavailable. Continuing anyway

my reviews are going red again ;(

yeah, sandbox hudson lost access to the git executable, I filed

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=384012

to track this problem.

I also removed all false -1 votes caused by this error and set the

voting job to silence mode until this is resolved.
