I am going to create a maintenance release 2.0.1 end of next week

in order to deliver

which fixes a severe performance regression.

If you have other fixes (either already submitted to master or pending

in review) you want to see in 2.0.1 let me know. Push pending fixes which

should go with 2.0.1 to refs/for/stable-2.0.
