[egit-dev] End of support for Galileo and Helios with EGit 2.0

I think it's time to end support for Galileo and Helios with EGit 2.0 

corresponding to our standard policy to always support the last 

2 Eclipse releases [1]. This means the upcoming EGit 2.0 release 

will support Eclipse 3.7, 3.8 and 4.2. Please comment on this bug 

if you have any input: [2]. This change will help to get rid of a couple 

of workarounds and some usage of deprecated platform code and 

simplify the build and also reduce the test effort for maintaining EGit.
