Hi,

it's true: there is still a bug in JGit which sometimes positions
versions on the wrong lane (yes, it's JGit and not EGit). My change
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/4863/ solve some of these problems but
just before accepting this fix we found situations where again
versions where on wrong lanes. I was planning to finish this proposal
but couldn't find the free slot to do so. Maybe I take another
approach now to finish this nasty bug.
