[egit-dev] exception with latest relase

Hi!

today I installed the latest eit/jgit version from the update-site into my eclipse helios sr2.
    Eclipse EGit    1.1.0.201109151100-r
    Eclipse JGit    1.1.0.201109151100-r

since this update i cannot do a "synchronize workspace".
the following exception is thrown.

Plug-in org.eclipse.jdt.ui was unable to load class org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.model.JavaModelProvider.
An error occurred while automatically activating bundle org.eclipse.jdt.ui (593).

since i never had jdt installed in this eclipse instance i am wondering if this error is caused by egit/jgit update...?
