+1, this won't do any harm for the EGit and JGit projects and it's
something we can use as input as part of the planning process.

I filed a bug against the Foundation to flip the bit...

I flipped the bit, it's editable by project leads from the portal under 

[tools] for all Committers > Bugzilla components, targets, versions
