This is a message from Gerrit.
Ketan chose the wrong agreement type when he setup his account,
he selected "Project Committer", but he's not a committer on
either the EGit or JGit project.
I guess I can see how he got confused, the message text is
perhaps a bit too vague here.
Ketan, please go back and complete the individual
contributor agreement in Gerrit instead:
