[egit-dev] Mavenized JGit build

Change I9e21cfd5 (http://egit.eclipse.org/r/2) takes Mark Struberg
and Jason van Zyl's efforts to change the JGit build process to
use Maven and applies it to our current tree.

After fighting with it for several hours today, I'm mostly happy
with the result, assuming you have the m2eclipse plugin installed
in your IDE.

I've opened CQ 3561 for the contribution since its 808 newly inserted
lines and 570 files modified.
