JGit is licensed under the BSD and not the EPL.

I have asked the Eclipse Board of Directors to consider this
non-standard licensing issue.  They are meeting this week in
Berlin, and should hold the vote during that meeting.  We'll
know more after the meeting is over the minutes are written.
