This looks to be a bug that was introduced as a result of the migration of some of our artifacts within the Maven repository.  We will look at getting this fixed.

http://people.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/ was cached in the 
local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update 
interval of maven-snapshot-repository has elapsed or updates are forced 
-> [Help 1]

I think eclipselink uses commonj.sdo:commonj.sdo:jar so Im assuming 
something is broken at your end ?
