Thanks to a group from Pervasive, we have just added a DatabasePlatform that supports the Pervasive Database to EclipseLink's 2.5.0 stream.

You can make use of it by setting the following persistence unit property:

eclipselink.target.database=org.eclipse.persistence.platform.database.PervasivePlatform
