Shouldn't it be:
Predicate dmrStatusListPredicate =
fromCurrentDmrStatusView.get(CurrentDmrStatusView_.newDslpCode).in(dmrStatusListParamExp);
instead of:
Predicate dmrStatusListPredicate =
builder.and(fromCurrentDmrStatusView.get(CurrentDmrStatusView_.newDslpCode).in(dmrStatusListParamExp));
