Specifically, browsing is disabled. If you try to get a specific artifact, everything should work fine. I am not condoning this behavior, mind, just pointing it out.

So, your browser will get back a 404 if you go here: http://download.eclipse.org/rt/eclipselink/maven.repo/

But you should get a valid download if you go here: http://download.eclipse.org/rt/eclipselink/maven.repo/org/eclipse/persistence/eclipselink/2.3.0/eclipselink-2.3.0.jar
