No, not at this time unfortunately. However there are a number of bugs surrounding this (the root of it being bug 200043) that will eventually allow this to be done.

Can straight orm metadata files be used in place of Workbench-created
descriptor files in an Eclipselink project? More importantly, can the
sessions.xml file created using the Workbench use orm files as primary and
additional project files, or can only descriptor files be used?
