[eclipselink-dev] Vector and HashTable removal

Hello all,

I'll be working on bug 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=220772 from now. It will 
result in large refactoring and internal API changes so let me know if 
anyone is planing large changes in those days too.

I'm going to split it into smaller changesets to avoid conflicts as much 
as possible.
