FYI...

A few recent changes were made to the build that I wanted to make you aware of:

- Tycho was updated to version 0.18.0 (bug fixes for Kepler, and latest for below)
- Added capability to have our Tycho build use Maven <dependencies>, if that dependency is an OSGi bundle
- Incorporated the org.eclipse.persistence.extension bundle to the build (with jgroups dependency defined as above).
- Updated the 2.6.0 javax.resource dependency to version 1.6.0 (CQ 7339)
