[eclipselink-dev] Fix for Bug 395630 - NPE WHEN REMOVING A COLLECTION WI

Fix checked in to master.

The fix checks for non-existant objects while looking for private owned 
deletions and excludes them from the deleted objects lists and also tells the 
commit manager to ignore them

Tested with JPA and Core LRG
