Hi all,

We are in the final stages of 2.4.0, and I am publishing our close down 
plan here.

This coming monday June 4th is RC3 for Juno, and we will be putting our 
(hopefully) final contribution in at that time.  So, 2.4.0 will freeze 
by end of day on Sunday June 3rd.  There will be a building Sunday 
night, and on Monday AM, we will contribute that build to Juno.  If the 
build is broken, the ONLY changes allowed in the 2.4.0 stream will be 
fixes to the build.

There is an RC 4 for Juno the following Monday, June 11th, however we 
will only use it if for showstoppers.
