Bug 354305 - NPE in ListContainerPolicy valueFromPKList

- Change to CollectionMapping initializeListOrderField: prepare() is now called on the ContainerPolicy after it is replaced with a new OrderedListContainerPolicy, this allows the ContainerPolicy's attributes to be initialized correctly
- Added testListBuildReferencesPKList to AdvancedJPAJunitTest with supporting classes Jigsaw and JigsawPiece

Testing: LRG & JPA LRG (ok)
