Hi Adrian,

  There is no specific API that makes ENABLE_SELECTIVE work - ENABLE_SELECTIVE, 
just means we individually process cache settings for each entity.

  One thing you might be able to do is use the cache defaults settings in 
persistence.xml and then use a session customizer to override.
