Hi,

We're continuing to have issues with the nightly builds overrunning the cb start-times. As a result I'd like to move the cb start to the 8:00a EDT hour from the current 6:00am EDT. I don't think this will be an issue for anyone in Eastern North America, but it may be an issue for our commiters in Europe.

Any thoughts?
