RC3 is complete. Helios build is updated.
I should probably rephrase part of below to say that 'Normally, I try to
take the latest build...' it should be obvious, but any test issue
usually removes a build from consideration as a milestone, especially an
RC. I am pleased that Friday's transactions resulted in a clean build.
RC4's contribution is due Monday. It is basically our last chance at bug
fixes for the Helios SR.
