Hello All,

Proposal:
I am proposing the creation of a new Java project org.eclipse.persistence.moxy.dynamic to house the Dynamic JAXB code.

Rationale:
The dynamic JAXB code currently resides in the org.eclipse.persistence.moxy plug-in project, but has dependencies that are not compatible with residing in a bundle. Once the dependency issues have been resolved (post 2.1) we will re-evaluate the creation of org.eclipse.persistence.moxy.dynamic as a plugin project.
