Description:  UniqueConstraint xml element is changing

 

Existing tests DDL generation still apply and includes a model change using new unique
constraint name. DLL files manually inspected as well.

 

Couple other fixes included within his patch
- >From users list: NPE when processing xml <enumerated>STRING<enumerated/>. Added
  to existing advanced xml model to test.
- NPE from canonical model processor when no generic specified on the map key.
- Proper defaulting to MapKeyColumn in the absence of a MapKey specification (after discussion with Mike Keith)
