We have two milestones that we are unable to get finished because of broken compiles/and test builds.

7 failures in Jpa . (5 failures - 2 errors) Al seem to be in Criteria.
	Gordon can you please take a look.

I am hoping that this freeze is very short, and with you help we can open the streams right after we get a clean build.
