A partial checkin has been completed of the new Criteria API for JPA 2.0.
This implementation is *underdevelopment* and incomplete.

Early users can expect to be able to build queries, expressions and somesimple predicates. Queries are not yet executable.Feedback should be applied to the bughttps://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=249218and the wiki pagehttp://wiki.eclipse.org/EclipseLink/Development/JPA_2.0/query_definition_api

Review for this work is occurring concurrently.
