Why is the javadoc artifact for eclipselink not generated and placedin the maven repo for releases and SNAPSHOTS?

Having them pulled down automatically would make many peoples liveseasier, given that one may not always have a network connection tocheck online docs. This would also make IDE integration much nicer.
