[eclipselink-dev] bug 230444 - need to subclass SessionsFactory

DBWS needs to subclass o.e.p.internal.sessions.factories.SessionsFactory,
but all of the member fields and internal methods are private.
The proposed fix is to switch them to 'protected' (see .diff attach'd t the bug)

I have already prototyped it locally and it passes core SRG ...

Any issues, questions? If not, I'll check it in after the milestone.
