New tests added to:
org.eclipse.persistence.testing.tests.jpa.xml.merge.relationships.EntityMappingsMergeRelationshipsJUnitTestCase

- testCustomerOrdersMapping
- testOrderCustomerMapping
- testItemNameMapping

And model changes have been made through-out the following test model;
org.eclipse.persistence.testing.models.jpa.xml.merge.relationships

Those changes test runtime metadata processing.
