SVN: Checkin bug#218628 - performance tests

Changes:

- Added test targets to run core performance tests.

- Changed prompt runner to be compatible with test.properties file (database settings).

- Added target to run any test through prompt test runner.

- Fixed performance tests to store results in Oracle loadbuild database/schema.

- Added memory leak tests (1 test currently fails because of memory leak from update-calls, fix has not been migrated from 11g yet)
