I've also updated MOXy and SDO core and core.test folders to incorporate the component into the names:

moxy/core = moxy/moxy.core
moxy/core.test = moxy/moxy.core.test
sdo/core = sdo/sdo.core
sdo/core.test = sdo/sdo.core.test

I'm also removing the unused EIS folder and it's subfolders.
