as you can see we are using the provided open communication channels (mailing list, bugzilla [1], wiki, etc.) for all our RAP-related communication; especially the forum [2] is in use by our community, and of course we are monitoring stackoverflow. So I don't think there are any other issues to be discussed in that direction.

The above mentioned mail address is in use by Ralf and myself, and before deciding whether it makes sense to send these error reports to the rap-dev mailing list, we'd like to familiarize ourselves and get a better understanding about their content. Most deliverables of RAP are running on servers which is why we think that this is kind of a special case.

@Marcel: I already configured the notifications and the package name this morning with your web interface.

I would have thought that the Eclipse RAP project developers would use a vendor-neutral mailing list at eclipse.org (e.g rap-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx). If project discussions are happening on a closed list elsewhere, the project has other issues that need to be discussed.

is RAP tools different to RAP [1]? If so, what’s the package prefix? org.eclipse.rap.tools? If not, should I just add rap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to [1]?
